A simple phone call will start your claim. Contact your insurance company and let them know you are in need of glasswork. We work direct with most insurance and glass companies, so in many cases your insurance company will simply contact us with the necessary paperwork we need to repair or replace your glass. Otherwise, your insurance office can explain their procedures to you.
