The repair duration is determined by the amount and severity of the damage, the type of vehicle and the availability of replacement parts. Because today’s vehicles are more complex than ever, it may be necessary to disassemble the vehicle to confirm that no hidden damage is present. Your service advisor will give you a target delivery date once the disassembly is completed, the damage report is prepared and parts availability is confirmed.
