Journeyman body, structural, and refinish technicians are compensated through an industry-leading flat-rate or hourly structure based on skill level. Skilled techs who produce quality work efficiently have the opportunity to earn well.

Apprentice technicians, collision estimators, paint preppers, parts coordinators, and detailers/lot porters are typically paid hourly, with clear paths for development and advancement.

Painters work under a competitive flat-rate structure, or hourly, with advancement opportunities tied to performance and paint/materials management.

Store leaders and managers are compensated through a base salary plus performance incentives, while production managers are paid hourly with commissions tied to sales and production goals.

Customer service representatives are paid hourly and advancement is tied to customer satisfaction.
