We are seeking a qualified and dependable Body Shop Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead daily collision repair operations, support production flow, and help drive quality, team performance, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader who values accountability, communication, and continuous improvement. Location: Alaska. Chaz Limited has five shops in Anchorage (2), Eagle River, Wasilla and Fairbanks.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.; occasional overtime may be required

What You’ll Do

  • Lead day-to-day body shop operations and team performance
  • Support scheduling, workflow, and repair processes to ensure timely, quality repairs
  • Maintain strong partnerships with insurance carriers and help develop new business relationships
  • Monitor departmental performance goals including sales growth, gross profit, cycle time, CSI, and profitability
  • Coach and support technicians and staff to improve performance and productivity
  • Foster open, honest communication and a positive team culture
  • Support continuous improvement efforts tied to annual goals and cost control
  • Help resolve customer concerns and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Hire, direct, motivate, and develop team members

What You’ll Bring

  • 2-5 years of experience managing a high-volume, DRP-driven collision center
  • Clear Understanding of production planning
  • Ability to coach, train, and lead for both quality and profitability
  • Prior hands-on auto body repair experience preferred
  • Experience technician or estimatics experience preferred
  • Experience with insurance or direct repair guidelines preferred
  • Collision management system comprehension preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to stay organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license with safe driving record
