Parts Coordinator

We are seeking a qualified and dependable Parts Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will manage the flow of parts and sublet items that support safe, accurate, and efficient collision repairs. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to strong communication, accuracy, and continuous improvement. Location: Alaska. Chaz Limited has five shops in Anchorage (2), Eagle River, Wasilla and Fairbanks.

Schedule: Full-time; Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.; occasional overtime may be required. Seasonal positions may be available.

What You’ll Do

  • Receive parts physically and electronically, checking for damage and accuracy
  • Order, receive, and invoice sublet operations
  • Follow up with vendors on ETA changes, credits, and refunds
  • Update production information as needed
  • Communicate with the CSR and Production Manager about parts for unscheduled repairs
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
  • Organize and store parts for technician access
  • Tag and return incorrect, damaged, or unused parts for immediate credit
  • Correct descriptions for price-matched parts
  • Maintain inventory of shop supplies, fasteners, and hardware
  • Assist with errands related to parts and sublet work
  • Participate in daily production meetings

What You’ll Bring

  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Attention to detail/organizational skills
  • Minimum 2 years of parts, warehouse, stocking, or related experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of automotive parts preferred
  • Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license with safe driving record
