CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Chaz Limited Collision Express is a leading Alaskan family-owned business serving our neighbors for five decades. As Alaska’s Collision Care Family, we’re known for precision repairs, straightforward guidance, and a team-centered culture built on honesty, respect, and continuous learning.

We are seeking a qualified and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will support customers throughout the repair process while providing front-office and administrative support to the shop team. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and committed to clear communication, strong service, and continuous improvement. Location: Alaska. Chaz Limited has five shops in Anchorage (2), Eagle River, Wasilla and Fairbanks.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.; occasional overtime may be required

What You’ll Do

  • Answer incoming calls and schedule estimate and repair appointments
  • Welcome customers and gather vehicle and customer information
  • Provide clear, helpful information in person and by phone
  • Coordinate rental appointments for scheduled repairs
  • Communicate with estimators and production staff to update customers on repair progress
  • Help address customer questions and concerns during the repair process
  • Process customer and insurance payments
  • Scan, file, and maintain customer documents
  • Keep the front office clean, organized, and stocked

What You’ll Bring

  • Professional customer service experience required
  • Strong computer and typing skills
  • Auto body or general automotive knowledge preferred
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and note-taking skills
  • Professional appearance and dependable work habits
  • Ability to take initiative, receive feedback, and work well as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license with safe driving record
