We are seeking a qualified and dependable Journeyman Auto Body and Frame Technician to join our team. In this role, you will perform structural and non-structural collision repairs that return vehicles to pre-accident condition safely, efficiently, and to manufacturer standards. The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, and committed to quality workmanship, strong communication, and continuous improvement. Location: Alaska. Chaz Limited has five shops in Anchorage (2), Eagle River, Wasilla and Fairbanks.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.; occasional overtime may be required. Seasonal, or temporary opportunities may be available

What You’ll Do

Perform light to heavy collision repairs, including structural repairs
Repair and replace damaged body components according to OEM and shop standards
Measure, pull, and align frames and structural components
Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality and safety
Communicate with estimators, parts staff, and production team members throughout the repair process
Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in a safe and organized condition
Support a team environment focused on quality, honesty, and continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring

2-5+ years of collision repair experience in a high-volume, DRP-driven shop
Ability to complete light to heavy repairs, including structural repairs
Frame and measuring knowledge required
Aluminum repair experience preferred
I-CAR, ASE, and manufacturer certifications preferred
Car-O-Liner training and certifications preferred
Attention to detail and commitment to safe, quality repairs
Valid driver’s license with safe driving record
