Production Coordinator

Chaz Limited Collision Express is a leading Alaskan family-owned business serving our neighbors for five decades. As Alaska’s Collision Care Family, we’re known for precision repairs, straightforward guidance, and a team-centered culture built on honesty, respect, and continuous learning.

We are seeking a qualified and dependable Production Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will help keep repairs moving efficiently by coordinating production flow, supporting sublet activity, monitoring quality, and helping the team stay aligned on priorities and cycle time goals. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and confident in a fast-paced environment where communication, accountability, and follow-through matter.

Full-time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Occasional overtime as needed

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate pickup and delivery of customer vehicles
  • Help plan daily production schedules to maximize efficiency and support cycle time goals
  • Lead production meetings to communicate repair status and shop priorities
  • Perform in-process quality control checks to ensure work meets company standards
  • Complete final quality control checks prior to vehicle delivery
  • Identify and address quality issues or production delays quickly
  • Coordinate sublet activity and outside services with accuracy and follow-through
  • Support procedures that improve communication, accountability, and production performance
  • Help maintain compliance with company safety policies and procedures
  • Promote teamwork and alignment between departments
  • Assist with shop equipment and general facility support as needed
  • Help keep production staff focused on daily goals and priorities

  • 2+ years production planning and coordination experience

  • Willingness to wear proper PPE when required
  • Valid Alaska driver’s license with a clean driving record
